Adriana Sassoon has a unique background in fashion and beauty and is one of those rare people – whether behind the scenes or in front of the camera- that achieves what she sets out to accomplish. At age thirteen, an age at which a young person’s ideas are still fluid, she knew she had a particular fondness for the classical disciplines. She was already flirting with fashion working as a top model for Elite Model Management where her beauty appeared in countless magazine advertisements, fashion shows, and television commercials.
From her native Sao Paulo, Brazil, Adriana graduated “The Ecole des Beaux’s- Arts” with her first degree in Industrial Design before arriving in the United States where she received a second degree in Interior Design from the FIDM Los Angeles.
Adriana, who is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English, has an elite work history. A Docent for the French Trade Commission Exhibition “Les Paris des Createurs”. Adriana always kept a close eye on fashion. “I pick up on its vibrations”. Adriana embarks into the realm of fashion accessories as she proudly introduces her latest project. The creation of “Adriana Sassoon Handbags” is a supported idea by her family and friends. Adriana Sassoon has a Handbag Company with the focus in Minimalist Design. The collection created by Adriana Sassoon Scarf Handbags was inspired by one of the founders of the Vienna Secession association. Koloman Moser was born in Austria and became a famous architect, designer, and painter. He was a very important figure in the initiation process of the movement after joining Klimt, Schiele, and Kokoschka. The Adriana Sassoon Handbag debut Collection combines predominantly geometric features creating a rhythmical space of cubic forms in which the bags were designed. The strong contrasting colors of the flower and circular scarf patterns compliment the overall design. The ornamentation of the bags is finalized by a Swarovski broach, symbolizing the feminine figure. The Jugendstil style or Young Style (+/- 20 years) so called in Germany or otherwise known as Art nouveau in France, started at the end of the XIX century. I chose this particular style to begin my collection to celebrate the freedom we enjoy now. I am paying homage to the artists that had to fight in order to live their dreams in an age in which the Nazis closed the famous Bauhaus of Dessau. Many atrocities were done to the human race during that period and unfortunately still exist. The collection celebrates the new Parisian trend amongst boutiques, opened by architects and designers, who want more than just being able to create beautiful clothes or buildings. I would like the artistic community to be recognized by ones work and not just as a label or mere product. I think that one must protest against the so-called business individuals who purchase art and/or a craft business, and change the designs to appeal to a commercial mass market. This movement is killing branding images and any form of association with the original concept from the designer. Through my work I would like to utilize an artistic vehicle to reiterate the rejection of the “plastic society”. The phrase “less is more” needs to truly take shape in the 21st century. The business world can work in tandem with the art world by joining forces and understanding each other’s strengths. The final creations will then take form and are better then the work we see today. The human community needs to pray for peace and protest war as the artistic movements have done in the past.
I would like be able to communicate with my buyers and call their attention to what we all know matters in life after all. We are all human beings and must treat each other well. In starting this adventure I will be able to help other people and create a better world to live in. Every one of us has to try to make a difference. “Adriana Sassoon” started as a company whose principles are founded in basic human need for charity. Adriana’s main purpose is to be able to help a charity founded by her father in Brazil. A charity that has helped many children discover education and learn to survive and thrive within their own communities. Ame Amoroso has over 280 children that need constant care. Adriana prides herself in being able to help those children find a future. Adriana will also help other charities that need help in the form of product donation. The product can then be sold and the proceeds used to help that charity in need.

Possibilities Emerge …
There are times when it seems that we are going round and round in circles about the same situation and our horizon shows no perspective whatsoever.
Many times, we fail to perceive that we have become wearied of some situations and it is time for us to open up to new things.
We have a habit of creating standards and routines hindering new possibilities to appear… because standards and routines imprison us in an endless repetition of the same things.
There are countless things chaining us to the past, never allowing the present to happen, things that manifest themselves as soon as we open the door.
We are imprisoned by pain and fear… when they prevent us from even getting close to setting them free and achieve what is beyond.
We tie ourselves to what was good… but now it is in the past… this also keeps us from allowing new things to enter our lives…
Actually, if we would remember that we are only present when we are whole at those moments, then we would allow life to flow without tying ourselves to the concepts of “good” and “bad”…
Many times we are imprisoned even in the Light… to some special experience, from this or other lives that gratified, and that we keep trying to repeat now, without remembering that the Light is available when we are in the present time accessing all the possibilities as we sink into creative emptiness.
Trying to live the situations you had in the past, for the best that they may have been… only keeps us from other possibilities that can reveal even more precious experiences than those we have in our memory.
Haven’t you noticed how we repeat our daily routines and almost never remember that the day can be filled with different things… different experiences… different ways to practice things…
So many people say they want new things in their lives…but only accept what comes in old colors… because it gives an illusion of safety.
To really access what the Universe has for us… we must be willing to give up many things… and that may happen in a much gentler way than we think it could, when our choices are made in the present.
Be the Light… Be the shadow… let go … if this is holding you in some way, and open yourself to the countless possibilities that are present in the moments in which when we are whole… here and now
Then… a magic field opens up with ever more… and more… to be explored, leading us to discover that the Universe is unlimited in possibilities…

Adriana embarca dia 10 de março e tem perspectivas de formatar um projeto de negócios com raízes e desdobramentos no exterior (o que já é muito consagrado principalmente envolvendo o design amazônico extraído das ervas, dos aromas e das frutas de polpa, do Pantanal, do eco design, da madeira e da flora e fauna nacional, etc.) Ela fala em design de moda, da beleza, do acessório que envolve campanhas bem feitas com atitudes comportamentais de mudança e de contrapartida social para minimizar e erradicar pobreza.

Nova Iorque como , ja sabemos esta localizada no nordeste do país, é a cidade mais populosa dos Estados Unidos e uma das cidades mais importantes e influentes do mundo, já que nela está localizado o principal centro financeiro mundial, bem como a sede da Organização das Nações Unidas.
Sentada na bancada da minha janela, no quarto do meu hotel em Nova Iorque eu descobri a beleza do reflexo.Comecei entao a prestar atencao na riqueza de detalhes de cada imagem refletida. Descobri uma maneira nova de ver as coisas a minha volta.Os predios em Nova Iorque estao entre os mais altos do mundo.Nova Iorque é conhecida mundialmente pelos seus arranha-céus e edifícios espalhados por toda cidade concentrando a maioria deles em Manhattan. Muitos destes altos edifícios são famosos mundo afora. A Flatiron Building, com seus 22 andares, foi um dos primeiros a serem inaugurados em Nova Iorque, em 1902.
Na década de 1930, muitos arranha-céus foram construídos. Primeiramente, o Chrysler Building (77 andares), finalizado em 1930. O Empire State Building (102 andares), um dos principais cartões postais da cidade, foi finalizado em 1931, e é atualmente o prédio mais alto. O Rockefeller Center (72 andares) foi inaugurado em 1940, e possui uma grande praça, famosa especialmente no inverno.A Estátua da Liberdade, montada em 1884, na França, desmontada e transportada em navios, para ser finalmente remontada em Nova Iorque, e inaugurada em 1886. Esta estátua muito comumente era a primeira vista dos muitos imigrantes que chegavam até a década de 1970.
Muitas igrejas são famosas pelo estilo gótico de arquitetura. Entre elas, a Catedral Episcopal de São João, o Divino, a Igreja Católica de São Patrício e a Igreja Riverside.

Olhando a vida por um outro ângulo, descobrimos elementos novos. A reflexão pode ser em forma de pensamento ou imagem. O momento atual, pede atenção. Vivemos em um mundo totalmente, capitalista. Deixamos de lado a apreciação pelo convívio com amigos e os familiares, e tudo mais a nossa volta passa desapercebido.
A falta de tempo nos obriga a viver quase que roboticamente.As artes clássicas , são de minha preferência. A musica, as pinturas, as esculturas. A natureza, e a maior fonte de inspirarão para as mentes criativas, isso data desde o homem primitivo ate a atualidade.A arquitetura e o carro chefe, na área da criação das artes visuais, a moda e depois o resto. Que tal refletir-mos um pouco a respeito desta questão.Já que estamos em uma sociedade globalizada,e digitalizada.A arte, e uma só e a linguagem de comunicação para todas as áreas do design. O que difere entre uma área e outra sao somente os elementos, materiais a serem usados pelo artista.

O nome fucsia deriva do apelido do cientista Leonhart Fuchs que descobriu 
flores que apresentam essa tonalidade. No mundo da moda a primeira criadora a utilizar este tom foi Elsa Schiaparelli, uma reconhecida estilista italiana que durante as duas guerras mundiais dominou, juntamente com Coco Chanel, a indústria da moda, tornando-as eternas rivais. A colaboração da italiana com artistas surrealistas como Salvador Dalí marcou a sua carreira, deixando para a posteridade pérolas como um vestido gigante com uma lagosta impressa ou ainda um chapéu gigante em forma de sapato. Chanel dirigia-se a Schiaparelli como “a artista italiana que faz umas roupas”. Yves Saint Laurent considerava-a e ao seu rosa-choque “uma provocação”. Actualmente, em termos cromáticos, a grande herdeira da irreverência de Schiaparelli é a espanhola Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. In January 2007, Adriana Sassoon, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. A former Elite model in her native Brazil, Adriana endured a frustrating series of biopsies in Miami, where the family was living. In search of the best care, Adriana quickly moved to Boston for treatment. Adriana recently celebrated her first cancer-free year.
